It is on this vision—and, beyond that, on this conviction—that our hiking and yoga retreats and weekend programs are built.
We don’t just invite you to put one foot in front of the other and move on a mat, but to enjoy movement in the heart of nature to experience the power of life. Your own, but also that which surrounds you, as one is interdependent on the other.
On the agenda: hikes, targeted yoga sessions, listening to nature, body awareness, meditation, sensory workshops, not to mention simple, convivial moments… with a few surprises, of course!
At La Grange des Plans, on the Retord plateau, in the heart of peaceful, unspoiled nature.
Easy hikes with 400 to 600 meters of elevation gain, depending on the day.
For yoga, beginners are welcome on both retreats; Flavie adapts to each person so that everyone can find their energy and make progress.
Double rooms are available for couples.
And to ensure a more relaxed experience and accommodate everyone’s schedules, you’re welcome to arrive on Friday evening before or after dinner—just let us know!
