10.30am - Guided tour and tasting at the Kario distillery.

Once upon a time, there was a secret held by the Brothers of the Holy Family, more than a century ago... The ancestral recipes still live on in the barrels of the Kario Distillery, whose products harmoniously combine pleasure for the palate and health for the body: organic plant drinks for your well-being, elixirs and liqueurs made with plants from the Alps.
It's a must-see, and has been awarded the ‘Living Heritage Company’ label for its expertise. The visit ends with a tasting session.

12:30 - Lunch at Le Café Neuf restaurant.

- Courgette, goat's cheese and pumpkin seed muffins.
- Chicken supreme, mustard and sweet potato sauce.

2.45pm - Guided tour of the historic centre of Belley.
Duration: 2 hours

Explore the heart of the old town through its cobbled streets, push open the doors of the 15th-century courtyards and discover the religious buildings that have shaped its history, including the Cathedral of Saint Jean-Baptiste and the Episcopal Palace.
