Once upon a time, there was a secret held by the Brothers of the Holy Family, more than a century ago... The ancestral recipes are still alive in the barrels of the Kario Distillery, whose products harmoniously unite the pleasure of the palate and the health of the body: organic herbal drinks for your well-being, elixirs and liqueurs made from Alpine plants.
A must-see place to visit, labeled "Living Heritage Company" for its know-how. The visit will end with a tasting.

12h30 - Lunch at the restaurant Le Café Neuf.

- Zucchini cheesecake and smoked salmon.
- Chicken skewer marinated in honey and lemon. Gratin dauphinois.
- Pear/chocolate entremet.
Drinks included: aperitif, a glass of wine and coffee/tea.

2:45 pm - Guided tour of the historic center of Belley.
Duration: 2 hours

Discover the heart of the old city through its cobbled streets, push the doors of the 15th century inner courtyards and discover the religious buildings that made its history, including the Saint Jean-Baptiste cathedral and the episcopal palace.
