Treatments :
Symbolic Medicine seeks to understand the origins of your problems (physical, emotional, psychological, ill-being, fatigue, addictions, sleeping problems, weight problems, etc.) and to release blockages, fears, beliefs, lineage pollution, etc. in order to achieve a deeper sense of well-being. Awareness and energy work.

Chopsticks workshops :
A day (€70 in small groups of 5, or €90 for individuals), to learn the basics and discover the range of possibilities for using bent chopsticks: deciphering the messages that life is trying to send us, asking what to do in the event of a problem, what essential oil/plant or other to take, understanding why certain things happen to us...

"Le Temps d'une Pause" is a place of welcome, well-being and courses, with two rooms and 4 bedrooms, for a maximum capacity of 9 people.
