Description
During this workshop, Sylvie will tell you all about this two-hour exercise session along the Roman road. The session will begin with some stretching exercises, followed by a walk at your own pace. It will conclude with a cool-down session.
Make sure you bring a good pair of trainers (with good cushioning) and comfortable clothing.
