The Cinérencontre association is screening the film *Les caprices de l'Enfant Roi*, directed by Michel Leclerc and starring Artus, Julia Piaton and Franck Dubosc

France 2026 Running time: 1 hour 54 minutes Suitable for all ages from 8 years old Synopsis 1651. Louis (not yet XIV) is a young teenager. With the Fronde looming, his mother, Anne of Austria, decides to smuggle her son to safety and replace him with a lookalike. Louis is entrusted by D’Artagnan to Cyrano de Bergerac, who hides him within the theatre troupe led by Madeleine Béjart and Molière. Whilst Madeleine and Cyrano discover a shared passion for the young Molière, Louis discovers life and its pleasures, art and work, courage and strategy – everything that will make him the Sun King.
