The Plateau de Retord is an out-of-time corner of France, located right between Geneva and Lyon, one step away from Annecy and Chambéry. 9 km long with an elevation gain of 259 m, this loop is not very technical. The first 5 km are mostly climbing until you reach the cross at les Terments, then it is mostly downhill all the way to the starting point on large forest trails.
