Welcome to Le Grangeon This 30 m², 2-star duplex studio has recently been tastefully renovated and is quietly located just a stone's throw from the town center. It's the ideal place for a peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and amenities. Discover this cozy and modern duplex studio, ideal for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom: a warm cocoon with a trundle bed that converts into a 180 cm double bed, for peaceful nights. Shower room: modern and functional, with a spacious shower and toilet, located upstairs for added convenience. Ground floor: cozy living room for your moments of relaxation, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking just like at home. Outside: a small furnished terrace, perfect for a morning coffee or reading al fresco. Parking: one parking space under the porch (on the right), with electric vehicle charging available (additional charge). Baby equipment: crib and high chair available upon request. Services included: Bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi are provided for a worry-free stay. This accommodation is managed by a concierge. For any questions or needs, please contact Annika, our co-host, who will be happy to assist you. Access & Parking: You will have a separate entrance and a small private outdoor area. If you wish, you can park your vehicle under the house's carport (space on the right). The courtyard is secured by a gate, ensuring the privacy of your belongings. Practical Information: • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Thanks to the independent entrance, you can settle in at your own pace upon arrival. • Check-out: until 11:00 a.m., for a worry-free departure. Our accommodation, perched on the heights of the charming town of Belley, offers exceptional views of the mountains, including the Dent du Chat and, on a clear day, Mont Blanc. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just 200 meters from the town center, you'll have access to all shops and the Saturday morning market, just steps from the house. Practical information: • Sheets and towels provided. • Baby equipment available upon request. • Electric vehicle charging available (additional charge). • Heating limited to 21°C to respect the environment.
