Small gîte (38m²) on 2 levels in a stone house in the heart of a Bugiste village of around a hundred inhabitants, calm and friendly. Ground floor: very well equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Shower room / WC, washing machine. Upstairs: lounge area with TV, DVD player, 120 cm BZ (good new mattress "daily beds"). Cuddly baby gîte (bed, chair, bath, changing table) to be requested from the owners. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Sheets provided, beds made on arrival free of charge. 2nd pair of sheets rented. Electric underfloor heating. Terrace (13m²) in front of the gîte, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 deck chairs. A functional and bright gîte located in a typical Bugiste village crossed by the Bugey Wine Route. Car park. Cleaning charge 40 €. Via Rhôna circuit suitable for young and old. Marais de Lavours 8km, Marina (5km), promenade along the canal 2 km. GRAND COLOMBIER: 25km. CHAMBÉRY 40 km - GENEVA 76 km - LYON 100 km.
