Christophe, a trained pork butcher, makes delicious preparations from pork and meat from the Limousin breed that he raises with his wife Sylvie in his processing workshop on his farm.
The pork products (sausage, dry-cured ham, sausages, blood sausage, etc.) and the cooked products (ham, rolled head and rolled belly) are free of colourings. Natural casings are used and smoking is done with beech wood (natural sawdust).
