Both originally electrical engineers, they have long been fascinated by the building in which they created the distillery, a former EDF electricity transformer nicknamed the 'Electric Fairy'. It was very important to them to renovate this industrial wasteland, the historical heritage that enabled Saint-Martin-de-Bavel to be one of the first towns in the region to be electrified at the beginning of the 20th century.

In a few words, their distillery is: :
    - A responsible, traditional distillery :
    - Using a traditional still and distilling in small batches to ensure continuous improvement of the products and to adapt quickly to feedback from customers, friends and family!
    - Implementation of an environmental charter with examples of concrete actions.
    - Good products: their mantra is "taste above all". How do we achieve this? By selecting a combination of simple but daring spices and plants to enhance the flavour of the selected products.
    - Local, quality ingredients:
    - As a priority, use local products, if not suppliers selected for their values, the quality of their products and their commitment to a sustainable approach.
    - Long-term objective: grow the essentials themselves or gather them from the wild
    - Good humour, conviviality and fun
