Small mountain chalet well suited for a couple and two children, situated on the western flank of the Valromey valley with a direct view to the south of Grand Colombier.

The chalet, in the hamlet of Neyrieu, commune of Belmont-Luthésieu, is a little apart from the other dwellings. It includes from the entrance, a small living room, with on the right side, a kitchenette, WC and shower, and in front, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with 2 separate beds. It is possible to park in front, or even to shelter a vehicle under the awning leaning against the chalet. South of Valromey, opposite Grand Colombier, small mountain chalet surrounded by nature (15 minutes from amenities), peace and quiet guaranteed. Marked trails starting from the chalet for hiking, horse riding and mountain biking enthusiasts. Close to Nordic ski areas: Sur Lyand 25 minutes, Plans d'Hotonnes 30 minutes, Hauteville la Praille 20 minutes. 15 minutes from the Cormaranche Bike Park and 15 minutes from the canyoning course on the Groin. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the main small towns in the area (Artemare, Cormaranche, Hauteville and Belley).
