On steep limestone slopes between the Rhône River and the mountains, Adrien cultivates 6 hectares of vineyards using organic farming methods. Each season, the work is done by hand, and the grapes are harvested in small crates to preserve the fruit’s quality as much as possible.
From vine to glass, the goal remains the same: to work with the grapes as naturally as possible to preserve the vibrancy of the vineyard’s local grape varieties. Altesse, Chardonnay, Mondeuse, and Gamay are patiently aged to produce lively yet precise wines. The single-vineyard white, red, orange, and sparkling wines are crafted using the terroirs’ native yeasts, under the Bugey AOC or Montagnieu Cru designations.
More unconventional wines, such as an orange wine and wines aged in terracotta amphorae, round out the lineup.
