The Belley-based association Louv’folk invites you to join in a festive and welcoming celebration at a grand folk dance at the Salle des Fêtes in Belley.
Open to everyone, this event will begin at 3 p.m. with a free introduction to folk dancing, perfect for learning the basic steps and getting a feel for the friendly atmosphere of traditional dances. Beginners, those just curious, and experienced dancers can all learn and practice together in a spirit of sharing and good cheer.
Starting at 8 p.m., the dance will come to life to the music of the bands Les Doigts qui Dansent and Dia Tao, for an evening filled with group dances, lively music, and intergenerational connections.
