Beware, refreshing walks! We take you to discover Bugey’s lakes through 3 hikes. From water to vineyards, from forests to traditional villages, these nature hikes go through various landscapes. As a bonus: the view on Grand Colombier!

Armaille lake

This nature hike a few minutes from the town of Belley allows you to discover the forests of southern Bugey, the impressive pierced rock and the Armaille lake. The end of the route offers beautiful views of Mont Blanc.

    Lake and vineyards

    This loop in the middle of the Bugey vineyards will take you from the sculpted rocks of Barterand Lake to the Caveau Bugiste located in Vongnes, a winegrowing village with traditional Bugist architecture.

      For even more cellars and wine tasting, a slight detour of a few hundred meters will take you to Vongnes where the Domaine Monin, the Caveau bugiste and its museums welcome you!

      A very varied hiking circuit allowing you to discover the Bugey’s buildings thanks to the crossing of numerous villages and hamlets.
