Rucher Tilia is a small-scale, family-run operation located in the hamlet of Vollien in Cuzieu, in the Ain department. This small-scale farm produces local, high-quality honeys, made with respect for the bees.
The honeys are harvested, extracted and packaged on site. These are natural, raw products, and the jars may contain traces of wax and pollen. Crystallization is a normal phenomenon; honeys sold as creamy are processed by slow blending.
