The room can accommodate up to 200 people and can be configured in different ways to meet the specific needs of each event. It regularly hosts dance classes, such as zumba and country dance, as well as workshops to help residents improve their digital skills. Located in the heart of Artemare, close to several restaurants, hotels and local tourist attractions, the venue is easily accessible by car and has a car park nearby.

Outside residents: - Weekend (from Saturday 8am to Sunday 8pm): total of €400 including the room (€300) and the kitchen (€100). - Day (from 8am to 8pm): total of €280 including the room (€180) and the pantry (€100). - Evening (6pm to 8am): total of €200 including the room (€100) and the pantry (€100).
