Rowing practice:

>Leisure and/or competition for young people, seniors, masters, individually and collectively
>Indoor rowing: practice on ergometer, complementary to water rowing.
>Preparation for federal events and indoor championships
>Avifit (fitness rowing): 50-minute training programmes, very fun and with music
>Discovery of new sites through in-house organised excursions, and labelled excursions offered by the FFAviron
