The restaurant Les Caudalies offers you a traditional and refined cuisine with two formulas: the daily menus served "bar side" while the a la carte and the menus will be proposed "restaurant side".

Located in the heart of the village of Artemare, this beautiful building will welcome you for a meal with your family, friends or lovers in a beautifully decorated restaurant or on its beautiful terrace in fine weather. This place has been dedicated to wines by its decoration and by its beautiful wine list from France and abroad.

Some specialities of the house:
- Veal sweetbreads with morels in a casserole
- Frog with garlic and parsley and butter from the Valromey dairy
- Beef tartar cut with a knife
- Veal sweetbread foie gras and duck pâté
- Valromey cep (Nougat glazed with Marc du Bugey)
