The Observatoire de la Lèbe invites you to embark on an extraordinary adventure of celestial dreams and curiosities, and enjoy a unique experience thanks to high-definition digital equipment.
For 1 hour, comfortably seated (reclining seats) under the 7-metre-diameter dome, you'll be treated to a session including:
- A showing of the film "Lucia, the Secret of Shooting Stars": Vladimir, a polar bear, and James, a penguin, travel into space aboard the Polaris to study the polar aurora. Hit by a meteorite, they crash land at the foot of a pre-Columbian pyramid and meet Lucia, a hummingbird with a passion for rocks. She tells them a legend about "stones of light".
Meteorites, shooting stars, these "stones of light" intrigue them all. To solve the enigma, they set off for the Moon, then the asteroid belt, and finally land on a comet nucleus. Who is throwing stones from space?
Hypotheses, observations and analyses will help them find answers to their questions on Earth!
