The Syndicat des Trufficulteurs du Bugey is organising its 3rd truffle nocturne.

The programme:
7.30pm: Welcome at the Belley village hall. Presentation of the evening's souvenir glass.
8pm: Around the ‘Mange-debout’ buffet, you will discover the black diamond of BUGEY in all its facets. First, a plate of truffle toast, then a quartet of gourmet bites featuring the black diamond... Next, a creation with truffle shavings specially designed for the occasion by Sylvain Cochet. Then Brie de Meaux with a truffle centre. Finally, a Bugiste dessert.
All accompanied, of course, by Bugey wines served at will by Maison Angelot de Marignieu.
