Apples, pears, and scoubidous bidous ah!
William and his family cultivate around ten hectares of apple trees, a few hectares of pear trees and two hectares of potatoes. Weather permitting, William will take us to the orchards next to his buildings to discover the multitude of fruit varieties he grows organically and sells, either as fruit or in products such as compotes and fruit juices.
