Come and meet Sandrine, Jessica and Xavier in the hamlet of La Vellaz. From September to November, in their ever-evolving workshop, which presses juice to order for individuals and professionals, you can witness the birth of apple juice: from crushing and pressing to decanting, sterilising, bottling and labelling, you will learn all there is to know about the different stages of production! They offer juices as varied as their ideas: from simple apple juice to apple-cherry and apple-pear, a whole range of delicious products to discover!
Tasting at the end of the visit.
