An impressive wall of awards won in departmental and regional competitions!
Pierre raises a herd of 60 Charolais suckler cows that are born and raised on feed (fodder and cereals) produced on the farm overlooking the Rhône Canal. For Pierre, respect for animals is at the heart of everything he does. His Charolais cattle, carefully reared on his HVE (High Environmental Value) certified farm, provide exceptional, tasty, locally sourced meat. This quality is also evident in the genetics of the herd: Pierre regularly takes part in Charolais breed competitions, a testament to his rigour and expertise.
