The theme of the 37th edition of Les Épicuriennes is ‘Gourmet Memories’. Menu created by chefs Fanny Saint-Sulpice and Nicolas Morelle, with an opening night hosted by food journalist Nathalie Helal.

Created by Fanny Saint-Sulpice (La Toque Rose - Malafretaz) and Nicolas Morelle (Voyages des Sens - Val-Revermont) and prepared by catering professionals using high-quality local produce (organic, AOC, HVE, etc.), it will be served on 2 October during lunch in schools in the town and the Bugey Sud region, at the Bulle d'Eveil nursery and in healthcare establishments. Initiative in partnership with the Bugey-Sud Community of Communes.
