The theme of the 37th edition of Les Épicuriennes is ‘Gourmet Memories’.
Epicuriennes de Belley – 1st to 4th October 2025
The programme includes a regional farmers' market, demonstrations by chefs and professionals, a grand buffet, workshops, amateur competitions and competitions for young people in training.
Amateur baking competition:
The Town of Belley is launching the latest edition of its amateur competition as part of the gastronomy festival!
This year, the competition will have the delicious theme of ‘childhood memories revisited’.
Form your duo (adults or minors, related or unrelated), choose your best recipe and send us your application before 5 September. There are lots of prizes to be won!
The two winning pairs will be invited to recreate their recipe in public on 4 October at the village hall.
Your application must include:
✅ the story behind your recipe
✅ your detailed recipe
✅ the completed forms
✅ a photo of the dessert
✅ a photo of the competing duo

Competition for young people in training:
Every year, the Town of Belley promotes young people in training through a competition dedicated to them. This year, to echo the theme of the 37th edition, ‘Gourmet Memories’, chef Nicolas Morelle (Le Voyage des sens – Val-Revermont) has chosen game as the star ingredient of the gourmet dish to be created.
Four pairs will be selected to participate in the final, which will take place on the main stage of L'Intégral during the opening night on Thursday 2 October at 7pm (open to all).
