  • The Cascade Restaurant can cater for up to 130 patrons 100 of whom can be seated on the restaurant’s terrace which is shaded by 200 year old sycamore trees and gives fantastic views of the Glandieu Waterfall just opposite. The restaurant specialises in a cuisine that is based on the finest agricultural produce of the area and is open lunchtimes and in the evening from Wednesday to Sunday (closed from New Years Day to February the 5th).
