The domain of LA LAVANCHE is a former monastic residence of the 17th century, high place of the old vineyard of the Carthusians of Arvières, located at an altitude of 400 meters at the foot of the Grand Colombier, in Bugey-Valromey "the valley of the Romans ". You will benefit from an exceptional 180° dominant view, with a large landscaped park, a pool of running water to cool off and an altisurface for ULM. Close to Nordic and Alpine ski resorts, 40 minutes from the Plateau de Retord and Plans d'Hotonnes, river cruises on the Canal du Haut Rhône and Lac du Bourget. Many walks, bike rides or horseback rides departing from the estate: Via Rhôna, the ascent of the Grand Colombier 1500 m, the GTJ, the Ain on horseback. The "Arvières" gîte is a large semi-detached house of 110 m² with 3 bedrooms for 8 to 10 people. On the ground floor, kitchen, cozy living room with insert fireplace and convertible sofa, opening onto a large equipped terrace, shower room with WC, laundry room with shower and WC. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Cleaning fee possible, disposable sheets provided free of charge on request.
