Laurent Besse offers accompanied descents in kayaks on the Upper Rhône and the Ain.
For accompanied descents, equipment is provided (boats, life jackets, paddles, helmets, wetsuits, gloves, slippers, fins if necessary and depending on the activity).
In addition to kayak descents, there is the possibility of white water swimming descents (for all levels) over one or more days. Laurent Besse is authorised to provide training and courses in white water swimming in order to prepare for the first FFESSM (French Federation of Underwater Studies and Sports) levels.
Minimum ages :
- 10 years for kayaking
- 12 years for hydrogliding
Group size :
- Maximum 8 people for kayaking
- Maximum 4 people for white water swimming
What to bring :
- Swimming costume
- Bath towel
