You will start your walk along the water to go up to the Source du Groin, a geological curiosity labelled as a Sensitive Natural Area of the Ain.
Accompanied by a nature guide from the Maison du marais, this small green setting will reveal all its riches.
Then, following in the footsteps of Florence, a guide from the Tourist Office, you will discover Vieu, an important Gallo-Roman vicus of the Valromey, containing many architectural treasures from various periods: underground aqueduct, 11th century church, fountain and chapel of Adoue and the gentleman's residence of the famous Belleysan gastronome.

This visit requires a habit of walking on paths as well as the wearing of hiking boots. You should also bring a hat and a bottle of water.
