At the end of the hamlet of La Rivoire, in a small mountain setting, a 229m² group eco-gîte, with 7 bedrooms, which can be converted into two gîtes for 4 and 11 people, renovated in an old semi-detached farmhouse. Reception of disabled persons in 2 bedrooms.

Two independent entrances, with a first gîte comprising on the ground floor a kitchen open onto the living room, wc. Upstairs, two bedrooms (2 beds of 90 and 1 of 140), shower room, wc.
The second gîte offers on the ground floor, an entrance hall, kitchen, living room with a very nice oven, two bedrooms accessible to people with reduced mobility, (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90). A shower room with Italian shower and a 2nd independent disabled WC.
Upstairs, three bedrooms (1 bed of 140, 2 beds of 90, 4 beds of 90 including 2 bunk beds), 2 shower rooms, one of which has an integrated WC.
This large gîte has been renovated with quality materials for the "Ecogîte" label.
Geothermal underfloor heating and wood stove in case of power cut.
Outdoor space and private parking.
Very well situated gîte for winter holidays (skiing, snowshoeing, etc...) and summer holidays for those numerous hikes. Les Plans d'Hotonnes resort 10 mn away, 7 km.
