As the seasons change, we share our daily lives with goats, chickens, cows and horses. Our business focuses on dairy products, cheese and yoghurt, but you will also find eggs, meat and vegetables, depending on the season.
As farmers transitioning to organic agriculture, we raise 20 dairy goats, two cows, and a few laying hens on the Retord Plateau. The animals graze in our meadows during the warmer months and spend the winter indoors, fed on mountain hay. We also have a small market garden to supply our farmhouse inn. You can find our cheeses, eggs, meat and vegetables, depending on the season, for sale at the farm.
