Discover the wines and landscapes of the Bugey region between Haut-Rhône and Lac du Bourget.

10.30am - Bugey AOC wine tasting in Vongnes. Meet at the Caveau Bugiste. Presentation of the vineyards and tasting of Bugey wines. Free visit of the museums of wine-making traditions and stone tools. 12:30 - Lunch at the Auberge de la Paillère restaurant in Lavours: Starter: Farmhouse salad Main course: Roast croquelet - Vegetable flan and gratin dauphinois. Dessert: Tiramisu Drinks not included. Extra on request. 3.30pm - Cruise on the Upper Rhône. Depart from Lavours for a guided river cruise with the Bateaucanal company. On the programme: discovery of the Lac du Bourget and the Canal de Savières as well as a free visit to the village of Chanaz, ‘the little Savoyard Venice’.
