The Bugey-Sud Local Mental Health Council (CLSM), co-led by the Bugey-Sud community of municipalities, the ARS and the Ain Psychotherapy Centre, is organising an evening conference and BMX show entitled ‘Screens: a question of balance’.
Evening show with Joris Bretagnolles, elite athlete, member of the French freestyle BMX team and ranked in the world's top 10.
Through freestyle BMX demonstrations and a personal account, Joris Bretagnolles will discuss his career, his sporting achievements, but also his relationship with screens, his addictions and their consequences.
An accessible, non-moralising discussion aimed primarily at young people (children and teenagers), as well as their parents and those around them.
After two sessions dedicated to schoolchildren during the day, the evening is open to families in the area.
This event is part of the CLSM Bugey-Sud's initiatives and the prevention of excessive screen use.
