The AURA biathlon league circuit allows all biathletes from the Auvergne Rhônes-Alpes region from the U15 to masters category to meet in different competition formats over different races throughout the year.
The Plans d'Hotonnes biathlon stadium hosts the AURA 2025 biathlon league circuit for a stop in September.
Young biathletes from the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region compete in competition formats offering several scenarios for shooting, resting, and/or exertion to allow them to optimize their practice.

Formats:
-U15 - Mass start in waves of 30.
3 x 1.5 km, 1 end shot at rest followed by 2 prone shots (15" penalty).
-U17 - Individual
Men: 5 x 2 km = 10 km. Women: 5 x 1.5 km = 7.5 km, CDCD shots (20" penalty).
-U19 - SEN: Short Individual
Men: 5 x 2.5 km = 12.5 km. Women: 5 x 2 km = 10 km, CDCD shooting (25" penalty).
- Masters: Individual short ("Esprit Racing").
Men: 5 x 2 km = 10 km. Women: 5 x 1.5 km = 7.5 km, CDCD shooting (20" penalty).
Roller skis: Only with NNN-Prolink bindings.
Provisional program:
9:00-10:00 a.m.: Rifle check, race number allocation, coach briefing.
9:30-10:20 a.m.: U17-SEN women, men, and masters shooting trials.
10:30 a.m.: U17 women then men start, U19-SEN women then men, Masters women then men.
11:20 a.m.: U15 rifle check.
12:30 p.m.: Individual awards ceremony.
11:50-12:50: U15 Shooting Practice
1:00: U15 Group A
1:45: U15 Group B
2:30: U15 Group C
3:15: U15 Group D
4:00: U15 Group E
