Discovery and initiation to biathlon by the ESF des Plans d'Hotonnes, from 8 years old, in all seasons.
Fun and friendly, biathlon is accessible to all, including wheelchair users. -
This Olympic sport combines physical effort and concentration with cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. The mastery of these two antagonistic activities makes the activity unique!
In winter, when there is no snow, biathlon can be practised as a walking/footing activity.
For people with reduced mobility, the supervision and the activity are entirely adapted to the participants.
- Biathlon at 10 metres: lead (from 11 years old) and laser (from 8 years old)

Throughout the year, summer and winter, the ESF des Plans d'Hotonnes organises biathlon courses. To go further in the discovery of the biathlon, setting shot, prone shot, standing shot, effort shot, and for conviviality and suspense: races, relays and challenges.
Discovery formula: 3 x 2h, including 1 session in 22 long rifle

Improve your skills in a good mood!
Beginners or experienced skiers, all levels of skiing, with the added bonus of conviviality.
During school holidays, from Monday to Friday. Every Friday, each child receives a medal in the presence of their instructor.
On the International Biathlon Stadium: 3 km ring for cross-country skiing and rifle shooting or - off snow skiing wheels and shooting.

Private lessons (1h30 session) :
- 1 or 2 people: €85
- 3 or 4 people: €125
Groups (2h session) :
- 5 to 8 people: €150
- 9 to 12 people: €200
- 13 to 15 people: €250
- 16 to 20 people: €300
- 20 people or more: €350
Private shooting lesson at 50 metres (1h30 session) :
- 1 person: €100
- 2 people: €120
Weekly group lessons during school holidays (min 5 children enrolled)
Monday to Friday, 2pm to 4pm during the Christmas holidays and 1pm to 3pm during the winter holidays
