Planetarium session at the Observatoire de la Lèbe: The Blind Man with Starry Eyes

For 1 hour, comfortably seated (reclining seats) under the 7-metre diameter dome, you can watch :

- The film "The Blind Man with Starry Eyes": a tyrant asks a wise old man to tell him the secrets that will enable him to extend his power. The wise old man gives him only one answer: "Look up at the sky and count the stars". The tyrant begins to count. Little by little, his quest for domination is transformed into a quest for knowledge. Presented as a tale, the film tells us about the sky, the stars and introduces us to astronomy: the rotation of the earth, day and night... Running time: 22 minutes.

- A scientific mediator will help you discover the current starry sky: constellations, planets, nebulae, galaxies and other deep-sky objects.

The sessions are based on total interactivity with the public.
It is not possible to enter the auditorium while a session is in progress.
We advise you to arrive at the reception desk 15 minutes early.
