Visit the Cabiolon hydroelectric power station, built over 100 years ago and still in operation.

Built in 1887, the Culoz hydroelectric power station was one of the first in France. It enabled the people of Culoz to enjoy lighting in their homes and also to fill the reservoirs to power the steam trains.
