For the 3rd year running, the Bugey Sud Grand Colombier Tourist Office is offering visits to local farms during the October school vacations, from Saturday October 19 to Saturday November 2.

From meadow to plate!
Christophe, a charcutier-caterer by training, makes delicious pork and Limousin meat products in his workshop on his farm, which he raises with his wife Sylvie.

Christophe, a charcutier-caterer by training, makes delicious pork and Limousin meat products in his workshop on his farm, which he raises with his wife Sylvie.
On the pork side, charcuterie (sausage, dry-cured ham, sausages, black pudding, etc.) and cooked products (ham, rolled head and rolled belly) are colorant-free. Natural casings are used, and beechwood (natural sawdust) is used for smoking.
Limousin meats are available by the slice or in packages.
Tasting at the end of the visit
