The farm covers 16 hectares which are distributed as follows:
> 10 ha of orchards (apple, pear and various fruits). A hundred tons of organic fruit are produced on the farm per year, part of which is intended for the manufacture of fruit juices, compotes and sorbets (small fruits).
> 9.70 ha of AOC Bugey vines
> 1 ha of small fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants ...) for the manufacture of sorbets. It is the fruit harvest that dictates the production of sorbets. A wide range of tastes is available: Apple, pear, strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, melon, peach, cherry and cherry-cherry, blackberry and "fruit of the orchard" (apple, currant, cherry). The sorbets are 100% natural, made only from fruit (70%) and organic sugar!
