From 8.30am to 5.30pm: producers' market organised by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Gourmand with a travelling show "Belle robe" with the Dieselle compagnie, a Bugey wine tasting workshop with Robert Gallet, sommelier consultant.
Palais Episcopal :
At 10.30am and 11.45am: "Sauces for dipping" workshops led by Emilie Perrin with the creation of 3 sauces (egg-free mayo, hummus, goat-honey dips) on registration.
