>Hobby cooking competition 1/2 finals from 9am to 11am and from 12pm to 2pm: after an official selection by the jury, 4 semi-finalists will compete in public.
>2pm to 7pm: books and creations area with the Entre parenthèses bookshop, Perle de Kaolin workshop, Au gré du temps and Le bonheur au bout des doigts.
>2pm to 7pm: demonstration by CAP PSR students from the Lycée professionnel du Bugey.
>2pm to 3pm: young people in training competition
>3.30pm to 7pm: cookery demonstrations by Michaël Arnoult, chef at Les Morainières, Lionel Guillen, chef at La Suite restaurant and Mathias Cusset, mixologist and David Loisel, executive chef at Domaine de Dolomieu.

Grande Rue
>2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.: special guided tour "In the footsteps of Brillat Savarin" (registration required at the Tourist Office, contact@bugeysud-tourisme.fr or 04 79 81 29 06).

Place des Terreaux
>From 7pm: Large buffet with entertainment by the Banda de Virieu-le-Grand (tickets available from 11 September) at L'Intégral (422 avenue Hoff) and on 9 September at the Fête des associations for €22 per person.
