    The funds raised by this gala will enable the Thai team to help finance their participation in this competition, the final of which will be held on 26 and 27 January 2025 at the Sirha Lyon trade fair.

    A prestigious international culinary competition, the Bocuse d'Or was created in 1987 by French chef Paul Bocuse. Talented chefs from all over the world compete to win this renowned prize. It's an exciting event for food lovers. Once a gourmet restaurant, the Pavillon Bellevue was run by chef Claude Maret, Paul Bocuse's first apprentice.

    Chefs @khony_lo @panuvit_khaokaew , @ervoancauvin and their partners @sceventmobilier event and the Pavillon Bellevue wanted to give a nod to this place steeped in history and to "Monsieur Paul".
    Panuvit Khaokaew had been dreaming of becoming a chef since the age of 12. At 19, he won the Escoffier disciples competition, the junior world championship. Thailand was the first Asian country to win this competition. He then went on to do a bachelor's degree at the Institut Paul Bocuse, and is currently working with chef Christian Têtedoie in the gastronomic restaurant as second-in-command. In 2021, he competed in the world final of the Bocuse d'Or, finishing 14th out of 22 competing countries. Today, he is keen to continue this great adventure and win this challenge.
