The AURA biathlon league circuit allows all biathletes from the Auvergne Rhônes-Alpes region from the U15 to masters category to meet in different competition formats over 4 races from October to March.

After hosting the Vincent Vittoz Challenge at the end of August 2022, the Samse Biathlon Summer Tour in 2021 at Plans d'Hotonnes on the Retord Plateau and a national challenge weekend reserved for the U15 categories, the Plans d'Hotonnes biathlon stadium is hosting the AURA 2023 biathlon league circuit for a stage in September.
