Atelier Yin Yoga d'Automne

During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to practise a particularly relaxing form of yoga, which will allow you to release tension deep down. By adapting the poses as best you can using the supports provided, you will be able, in relative comfort, to concentrate on the flow of your breath and achieve a state of mindfulness, conducive to deep relaxation. The workshop ends with a session of Yoga Nidra. We recommend that you bring your mat, a comfortable outfit and a blanket.
